I know lists are all over now but here’s my annual round-up of the best 20 DVD/Blu-ray/Streaming releases of the past year in order of their home release date. Documentaries and foreign films aren’t dominating it as in years past so I’d say things are improving a bit for American movies. Yet it can still be tough trying to watch a current film that’s worthwhile so I hope my humble opinions may help. Again these are only current theatrical films rather than TV series or rereleases.
