Here’s my annual round-up of the best 20 DVD/Blu-ray/Streaming releases of the past year in order of their home release date. Foreign films were dominating past lists so Hollywood seems to actually be making better films again although as a rule, more bad films than good are still being produced. There are still a lot of great documentaries coming out as well. Remember these are only theatrical films rather than TV series releases and I haven’t seen everything but I think these are all worthwhile.
